When I got my order my cloth bag was no where to be found
First time I opened the case to the sword cloth bag I knew the katana inside was luscious. It had an amazing and silky feel to it down to the littlest print of my fingers. In other words, I love it

The day after the sword arrived the handle wrap started to unravel. Many emails later the issue has never been resolved and you ignored my emails with no response. Very poor customer service and poor quality of product with limited response to fix the situation. Never again order from your site.
The cloth bag was much better than I expected. The cloth was thick and the pictures do not do it justice. Would highly recommend!
