Stormbringer Katana (1060 Carbon Steel SHARP)

This was my first purchase from mini katana and my first katana. It looks amazing and the price is very reasonable for how much it includes.

The katana is great, shipping would have taken two days but UPS delayed the delivery to three days, so very fast! While the main reason I got the storm bringer was the blue color I love the rest of it as well, while the cross guard is a bit plain in my opinion it lends itself to the idea the katana doesn't have to be a work if art (despite looking rad). The only slight issue I have is the blade was ever so slightly bent towards the tip, not enough to make a difference to me and I won't be returning over it.
Overall I really enjoy my purchase and might be looking for some of their more expensive swords down the line, definitely wearing this to ren fair this year

Katana looks incredible with a rich blue color throughout the whole thing. I could tell the handle was secure and wasn’t coming off from just a couple of swings

At first I was quite skeptical of mini katana since I had discovered there site through YouTube but after awhile of looking around seeing what people who owned katanas thought of them it seemed they were in a mostly positive light so I decided to get a little Christmas gift for me and the quality of is good in my option for the price it cuts well and it looks nice I've heard some people's handles had been not wrapped properly but this wasn't the case with mine but if you're looking for a decent katana without wanting to spend 1000s of dollars this is the place

It arrived very quickly, amazing quality and amazing precautionary measure to ensure its safety. Everything was to specs and it sliced pumpkins very well. I'm in love with this katana I'd definitely suggest purchasing it

It literally brought a storm when it came in the mail. It REALLY started raining hard when I drew the blade for the first time. (I had to take the picture quickly because I didn't want it to rain again)
PS my favorite color is blue so this was an automatic purchase.

We got the Stormbringer for my son's 17th birthday, it arrived so fast! Very well packaged. The actual storage case and bag inside are beautiful in their own right. The katana is a work of art and very well made.
This is something you will not regret buying.
The interaction with Mini Katana was easy and no problems.
Definitely will use them again when looking for similar products.

The blade is very beautiful and for the price it is pretty high quality.
The only problem I have is that the wrap doesn’t sit as tightly as I had hoped.

The dark blue blade is amazing and I love the Siah. The sheath is also great with the blue lightning surrounding it. If you will overall really good sword would recommend.

Ive bien waiting 3 weeks for my katana and it never came

10/10. The sword came in beautiful and well-made. Had so much fun chopping fruits with it the other day and cleaning it.

It was wonderful I’m not a verified buyer because I bought it on a different account but it was good it was not as bright of a blue as it was in the picture and the blade was vary oily but it was vary sharp and I love 11/10

Despite the skepticism I held at first, the 1060 steel worked great! It’s definitely meant for light cutting, but I can use it for some heavier stuff too. It’s tight, beautiful, sharp, and extremely strong considering the price. No bends, no scratches, it looks GREAT! I’m very happy with this katana and I can’t wait to buy one from this site again! 10/10

It was great for a couple of months of use and I don’t know if it’s because of my grip but the cloth on the handle slips off, the meguki pins also started coming out, After repeated use the color started chipping off the blade, for the first couple of months it was perfect and everything I wanted and expected, but I loved it great value for the price.

The Sword was good overall, but basically just because the blade was made well and was perfectly sharp, but the sheath was constantly making the blade dirty whenever you sheathed the blade, the handle was made incredibly poorly, the thread used to wrap the handle looks like shoelaces, was constantly moving up and down when swung, when trying to get the handle off of the blade, it was like glued on, the wooden sticks in the handle could be removed and put back in easily per hand, the wood under the wrapping was completly sticky with some sort of glue (dunno if thats supposed to be like that) the stingray skin was completly made out of plastic, the end of the handle was poorly put onto the handle and was incredibly easily to scratch the paint off. So in overall the only part that was good about the katana was the blade, the rest was utter garbage and should be reworked.

I’m going to post a very honest response to my purchase, I bought this after I saw a YouTuber mention this website on their channel and I was immediately curious. I bought Stormbringer because I really liked the blue blade and the design while I was looking at the photos on this website, however, now having it in front of me I feel regret of purchasing this sword. This sword is my 3rd katana in my sword collection, while I know I won’t get a good quality sword for my purchase I had some hope for this one. The quality is WAY cheaper than expected and compared to my other 2 katanas I bought from Kult of Athena, this one is more expensive and yet it feels and looks cheaper, not to mention I can see the bad glue work on it. I did some test runs cutting plastic bottles and fruit and is starting to feel a bit loose. At the moment I just have it for display, but definitely not happy with the quality of this sword.

Great all I have to say is that the product is better than I could’ve expected.

I do not own a katana from MiniKatana, I chose to write about this one as it is my favourite, but I speak for those who have purchased a katana from this store (Due to delivery costs to UK and weapons laws, which are completely out of MiniKatana's hands.) when I say the MK community is THE BEST, they have social media professionals and team members that consistently interact with the community through giveaways and contests etc. (Sadly many of which I can not attend due to time zones), there are regular watch parties for new anime and series and everyone who works here is overall a great person, I have compiled a load of MK's swords from over the years into this compilation, please take a look.

I ordered the storm bringer on cyber Monday and it finally arrived! It also came with a Melinda’s keychain and mini rengoku. Although the shipping said 25-45 days, it arrived to Australia much earlier. I’m very happy that I bought this, thanks mini katana!!

This deep blue blade is the highest quality sword I've ever owned, definitely getting another sword. I very highly recommend their stuff!
