I am a 6 foot 3, 240 pound roofer…if you want to swing a 28.5 inch, 1095 carbon steel sword around, BE CAREFUL!!!!. I get it that these katanas are meant to be sharp carbon steel replicas from anime but they 100% can break and CAN hurt you!!!! Please be careful and ensure that if you live in a humid climate to use your katana cleaning kit once a month on average. I have a 1045. 1060, and 1095 and have found the BEST results from cleaning them once every 3-4 weeks. But these are NOT the swords from actual anime! This is real life! Please don’t go swinging at oak and pine trees with swords like this!!!
This sword really sets your heart ablaze when it shines in the sunlight! It can cut extremely well, ended up dicing up the delivery box as soon as it got here. Blade is well made and feels really good in the hands. For a first actual katana it’s awesome.❤️🔥
