Okay so like I bought it first it took like almost a month to get here and so I missed out on Halloween but then thanks to the great customer support I was able to get a replacement and that one was also broken and in the end I had to get a whole different sword although the tip of the blade is very prone to bending so if you plan to leave it upright there's a chance it can bend and honestly should be a 2 star but the customer support was like a good 5 but I think the reason why it's so prone to come like dismantled is because it has like 3 parts that are separate from each other but that's all
I ordered this along with the grass cutter blade the grass cutter blade was great but akis katana was completely detached from the hilt and not repairable at all.
Sword arrived broken.
These swords are so beautiful, and they make great decorations! My first order was a dull Rengoku katana, and it was even better than expected! Also very cheap. I would definitely recommend buying something.
This is the second Aki Katana i’ve received from this website and both times they’ve had the same issue where the handle has been disconnected from the blade and guard. Now i’m not sure if this is due to poor handling when shipping or issues on your end but regardless this is unacceptable.
We were originally sent a katana that was broken (the handle and sword were disconnected and couldn't be repaired). When we showed the video proof to MiniKatana, they immediately responded and sent a replacement without requiring the hassle of sending back the original. We appreciated the prompt response and manner in which the issue was corrected.
My sword came within a few days, but was damaged when it arrived, fortunately the support team was very helpful and responded very quickly and sent me a replacement only a couple days after. This is my fifth purchase, and I will continue to buy more.
Don’t recommend buying if you live in Europe
this is the best the sword is amazing and I gust got to who ever makes the swords are good at it. these swords are so cool and fun especially beautiful.I would recommend buying these swords they make. My first sword I bought looked even better than it looks in the pictures and they make great decorations on my wall.
