Mini Katana is based in the USA with a hard-working team across the States and around the globe. We bring you sword replicas inspired by your favorite anime, movies, and video games, as well as historical blades, battle-ready katanas, display pieces, and accessories.

We started as a small sword shop with viral videos. Now we have a much larger catalog, a global team, and a continued mission to make your dream collection come true.

Most of our customers find us on Instagram, YouTube or TikTok. Our videos show how to use the swords, the differences between materials and types, and fun adventures with our products.

ABOUT THE STEEL

We create blades in a variety of materials to offer a range of prices and uses. Materials include:

1045 · 1060 · 1080 · 1090 · 1095 · 51CrV4 · 65Mn · T8 · 3R · Damascus

High carbon steel generally means you get a harder edge with more upkeep. You’ll want to oil your blades, use dry storage, and limit humidity. 51CrV4 and 65 Manganese “spring” steels don’t act like a 1045 wall piece. Damascus on our swords means you get a pattern welded blade. More information is found on each product page.
