Black Dragon Katana (黒ドラゴン)

Poor quality fell apart in 7 months just after u could not get a refund get something else

I have no complaints. The sword came in perfect condition.

Really cool and will be using it for a lot of different things.

The sword is amazing but there are some things wrong that anyone buying should know about,

-Not real ray skin, the ray skin feels and looks synthetic and molded on and there is part of it folding over onto the tsuba

- the tsuba is different then in the picture BUT I personally think it’s 100 times better then the one in the photo so this is a good thing

- the laces feel cheap and are not tight

- one of the little golden piece where the laces on the scabbard are is already broken off when it arrived

- it’s pretty top heavy

It is full tang and it DID come with a stand so that’s good, I feels way way way way way better then the swords I bought off amazon over all great sword

This was my first sword and I love it. Great weight, beautiful sheath and design, fairly straight, and looks amazing. However, all of the problems I found were in the sheath itself. Multiple perfectly circular holes came out of it, but other than that, its a phenomenal first and practice sword.

Really like the sword. Good for practice and weight was phenomenal. My only issue is that I got a different design than what was on the page. Tsuba is different, not what was on the website, and the saya is missing the metal piece from where the sword enters. Overall happy, just wondering if mine was a design mistake.

The swords are for my two friends as there graduation present and they enjoyed it

Do not buy this sword it fell apart within the first seven months just after I couldn’t return it. It looks nice on a shelf, but if you actually try to take it out, it deteriorates so quickly please do not waste your money on this thing is not worth it.

this sword was a wonderful purchase, my only question though...why is the handle wrapped so loosely?
it feels good in my hands but when i want to display it nicely the handle wrapping exposes the wood underneath, making it look less appealing.

Overall, I am disappointed in the facade of quality they put on, not only did if fall apart but it isn't even a "real" katana, it uses a welded on metal rod to connect the blade to the handle WITH A NUT AND SCREW which means if you use it there is a high chance that it could just decide to fly off the handle, they hide the fact it isn't sharp and if you want a sharp katana you have to pay 100+ dollars for a replica of some anime katana, which personally I don't want no fancy pattern for 40+ more dollars just so I can cut stuff. And the blade isn't even made the way a traditional katana is made it is just a mold and some way to make the blade markings look like the made it the traditional way. Tldr; dissasambles itself, not a true katana, hiding the fact it isn't sharp.

I bought this a few days after my birthday not knowing what to expect, it came yesterday and I have not been able to put it down since. The blade is a bit bent and rusted at the tip, but other than that I think it's cool, i bought the stand/cleaning kit along with it and despite the wait time I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Definitely the best thing I bought recently. Blade wasn’t bent, felt good in my hands and the quality was immaculate. Only problem was the blade was dirty and had some scratches but overall I think I’m gonna get like 17 girlfriends once I show them this

It was exactly like the picture and there were no scratches or scuffs on the blade it felt like really good quality aswell

it was my first katana and it arrived quick so highly recommend

I love the katana it looks amazing, but the blade of mine was a little bent but I believe that was a shipping problem so I’m not knocking minikatana for it.

Over 5/5 if you want a katana to start your collection one of the 4 Dragon Katana is a great start.

This katana is a great as it is my first sword

it was a good blade but it didnt come with the cloth around it and no stand i wish it would've come with those things (i bought it of my sisters acount)

It’s absolutely amazing. It’s my first katana, and I love it. I haven’t been able to put it down all day. One problem is the sheath came a bit damaged but that’s a UPS issue. It came a day early. Props to the Mini Katana team for such an amazing katana! Definitely would buy from them again
