Katana Cleaning Kit

My kit came with an empty oil bottle.

I bought a katana cleaning kit that didn’t have the oil in it. I reached out and asked for a replacement oil because mine didn’t have any in the bottle. Instead of just getting the oil, MiniKatana gave me a completely new katana cleaning kit! 5 stars for amazing customer service!

While everything else was intact and presentable, the main reason why I got the cleaning kit was because I ran out of sword oil. Come to my surprise though when I opened it and the sword oil had been completely drained empty. Either the seal of the bottle wasn't strong enough or whatever I hope in future this doesn't happen to anyone else cause it expensive in australia

I’ve actually gone through a couple of these and they always help to keep your new katana looking fresh as it will ever be would highly recommend adopting one along with a katana if you are to get one:)

The box didn’t come with the little container to keep the oiled cloth, and the blade oil container was only like 60% full. But overall I got what I paid for.

Came on time and it was packaged nicely double packaged and it’s exactly what they said it was very happy with this purchase and it looks sick on my shelf very cool product highly recommend to any one considering

I reached out in every way I could and did not get a response to try to get a replacement bottle, though I doubt this is their fault this is still frustrating and I believe should be noted, everything else came in tack and was great.

My items never arrived, I wrote and email notifiying that and the response was that my items are in custome and it is not your responsability anymore. The worst service.

Cleaning kit was good however the oil came 90% spilled over everything and I had just enough to re apply to my blade

The bottle of oil must have opened during shipping because the oil had leaked out and gotten on everything else in the case. Although most of the products were in protective “sealed” bags, two of the Ziploc-type bags were not properly sealed. One of them contained the uchiko ball, making a gooey paste; the other contained a cleaning cloth.

The kit is amazing, everything came beautifully packaged and I was fine with it, the only issue is/was when it was delivered my sword oil to keep it moisturized spilled on delivery, so the only thing I can say it's just a bit more secure packaging and it's a 10/10 for me.

I also bought a sword . The sword is missing the stand. The cleaning kit and sword are the second items I have bought and since I have purchased another sword. In total I have purchased 3 swords and the cleaning kit. All delivered on time . I like this site and trust it and will be buying from it again

I made too much of a mess on my bed but works well, and makes you feel more real, using actual cleaning for katanas

Bad the blade oil cape was off and soaked everything in the kit.

The kit I ordered had everything except the bottle of oil was empty and spilled out at some point, other than that it’s a pretty cool kit just the oil cap was unopened and didn’t have any

It’s a good thing I bought this because I want to keep my blades maintained and clean, but I did have one problem I don’t know it was before it was shipped or after but the blade oil has leak in the box got every where, but overall it’s a good purchase.
